"We called upon Mustafa to help us during our kitchen remodel. The City of Mission Viejo inspector was not comfortable with a wall that we had removed, despite being removed with no problem in other models on our block.
Mustafa answered my call on the firs·: attempt and spent a long time on the phone with me before heading over to check out the issue. It turned into quite an ordeal but the bottom line is that our configuration was not safe and Mustafa was very clear that although he was our advocate in getting the remodel back on track, our safety was above and beyond any other concern. Having said that, he tried several different calculations to confirm the load bearing issues just to make sure we understood the dilemma.
When one doesn't really understand the technical language and ramifications of such a situation it's incredibly comforting to know that your architect is working tirelessly to rectify the situation with as many options as possible, as quickly as possible- which he did. We always felt like we were a priority.
Mustafa would either answer my calls or call me back immediately, and he graciously (and calmly) took my frantic calls late at night and on the weekend. His integrity, knowledge and strong moral code shine through in all of his work and interactions. I would be happy to talk to anyone about his work and expertise and why I can easily and wholeheartedly recommend him for architectural design and consulting.

"Let me start off by saying IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND A GOOD Architect. I had done some unpermitted work and some of it was still being done and code enforcement got hold of me. I hired Mustafa to take care of my retaining wall, covered patio, fire pits and BBQ. He is extremely detailed and he has a lot of experience in his industry. He had to fight with the plan checker and he did everything to get my plans approved. Half of the project is done because I split the project in 2 separate submissions. So far I am very satisfied with his response time, his knowledge and his willingness to go above and beyond to help his client. 2nd part of the project just got started and will review again on part 2.
