Open-plan design, combined with the family room and dining hall.
High ceilings with exposed wooden beams (Spanish style) and modern chandeliers (Art Deco influence).

Adjacent to the kitchen, with an open layout.

Dining Hall:
Open to the living and family rooms, with a grand table as the centerpiece.
Art Deco-inspired lighting fixtures and subtle geometric patterns in the decor.

Grand Kitchen:
