Program/Design approach:
Designing a two-story, single-family residence in a Modern style with a Art Deco approach, and meeting the client's program requirements is an exciting challenge. Below is a conceptual breakdown of the design, organized by the client's requested spaces and additional considerations:

Conceptual Design Overview
Style: Spanish architecture with modern elements and subtle Art Deco influences.
Total Area: 10,964 sq. ft./ Living Space: 7370 SF

Public Areas
Living Room:
Open-plan design, combined with the family room and dining hall.
High ceilings with exposed steal beams (Modern style) and and open and accessible to the view of the mountain at the rear.
Direct approach to all house to the view at rear and accessibility

Family Room:
Adjacent to the kitchen, with an open layout approachable form the house

Dining Hall:
Open to the living and family rooms, with a grand table as the centerpiece.
Art Deco-inspired lighting fixtures and subtle geometric patterns in the decor.

Grand Kitchen:
Open to the family room, with a large island and breakfast bar.
Modern appliances with modern style cabinetry 
Walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry for additional storage.
Garage :
At street level with easy access to the heart of the house tower
Roof deck and geust quarters at the street level for small intermediateness and functions
Elevator:
Central elevator for accessibility between floors.
Designed with modern finishes and subtle Art Deco patterns.

Master Bedroom Suite:
Located on the second floor for privacy.
Spacious bedroom with a sitting area and access to a private balcony.
