The property is located in the historical district of the city of Santa Ana, where the locale HOA over sees the design for DR. Client requested a ground up residence that compliance with the local HOA Guidelines of Craftsman Style. The Client requested a floor plan that is adoptable to their life style and growing family, where each member can enter and exit without burdening the other family member. Also, client requested at least 3,500 SF house in the remaining undeveloped portion of the house.

Design Approach
The Craftsman style produced by the design won the approval of the city Planning and Design Review comity of the Local HOA at the first proposal, with minor adjustment comments. The design was able to produce the carful approach to the Craftsman style Architectural Elements, with a balanced massing and transitions.
